Built and trained a 4-person Network Operations Center from scratch to provide 24/7 monitoring across all branches and data centers. Defined monitoring scope, tooling (PRTG / Zabbix / Grafana), escalation procedures, and shift structure. The NOC significantly reduced mean time to detection and improved incident response consistency across a multi-site fintech environment.

Managed a VMware vSphere and Hyper-V environment of 300+ virtual machines across approximately 30 hosts and 3 data centers. Owned the full VM lifecycle — from request intake and provisioning to decommissioning — while maintaining high availability for fintech-critical workloads. Worked closely with the security team on network isolation and hardening across the virtual environment.

Implemented and maintained Veeam Backup & Replication across the full infrastructure, including backup proxies, job scheduling, and monitoring. Contributed to DR planning and SAN (HPE MSA) capacity management alongside department management. In a fintech environment where data integrity is non-negotiable, maintaining a reliable backup chain was a continuous operational responsibility.

Managed Kaspersky and Padvish enterprise antivirus deployments across 40–50 organizations spanning 4 provinces. Responsibilities included console administration, policy design, patch cycle management, log reviews, and vulnerability assessments. Maintained 90%+ client satisfaction across a diverse client base with varying security maturity levels.

Co-developed a tablet-based sales tool for field representatives of an FMCG company. The app featured real-time pricing, offline capability via IndexedDB, invoice generation, and integration with the company's accounting system. Built with Svelte for a lightweight, fast experience on field devices. Delivered a measurable increase in field sales performance.

Built and launched 2 WordPress websites for advertising agency clients — handling domain setup, hosting configuration, theme customization, and on-page SEO. Both sites were delivered as turnkey solutions including content structure and basic analytics setup.

Contributed to deploying a hotel-wide Wi-Fi hotspot solution across 3 floors using MikroTik User Manager. The system included per-user quota management, allowing the hotel to control bandwidth allocation per guest — a practical hospitality networking solution delivered early in my career.
